Salary: $68,000 -$115,000/Year
As a senior data scientist on the Attribution and Innovation team, you’ll build creative asset testing, reporting, and attribution through data modeling and experimentation.
Additionally, you’ll analyze unstructured text gathered from consumer research and provide sentiment and thematic analysis.
You’ll oversee new creative and attribution effectiveness modeling, and partner with our media team and their data scientists to improve the impact of our advertising campaigns.
Remote work allowed.
Must-have qualifications
Master's degree or higher with a quantitative focus in Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or a related field (e.g. Mathematics).
In lieu of the above, a Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus in Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or related field (e.g. Mathematics) and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Statistical/Quantitative Modeling and/or Machine Learning tools (R, Python, etc.) and in using various database tools (e.g. Hadoop, SQL) processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Statistical/Quantitative Modeling and/or Machine Learning tools (R, Python, etc.) and in using various database tools (e.g. Hadoop, SQL) processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Preferred skills
Experience in media, analytics, or marketing including creative testing, measurement, and modeling
Experience creating, building and managing attribution modeling via Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or other methods
Knowledge of marketing measurement approaches and the strengths or limitations each approach
Understanding of marketing metrics throughout purchase funnel (awareness, consideration, impressions, click through rate, return on ad sales)
Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft BI, and strong storytelling ability working with complex data sets and creating executive level summaries
Compensation
$68,100 - $115,000/year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
